Deepen your PowerPoint skills by learning how to use images, videos, and animations. Create more visual presentations and make your workflow easier with efficient working methods.
Goal
The goal is to learn how to add and edit images and videos. You will also learn to use slide transitions and animate individual elements to make your presentation come alive.
Target audience
This course is intended for users who already know the basics of PowerPoint and want to enhance their ability to use visual elements in presentations. If you wish to review the basics first, you can do so in the training PowerPoint 1 – mastering the Basics.
Software version
The training is carried out using the latest Microsoft 365 version of PowerPoint. For the most part, the skills learned are applicable to other commonly used versions of PowerPoint.

- Adding images from the PowerPoint M365 image library
- Adding images from your computer
- Using layouts for image placement: content placeholders vs. picture placeholders
- Manually positioning and cropping images
